Returns
At Cala Hiker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as personal care products, intimate goods, or customized items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued in the original payment method where applicable, or as store credit in case of specific return circumstances.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can request an exchange within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
